Steven Tsai is in charge of Business Development & Marketing of Building Automation business group. In this role, Steven expands Bluetooth intelligent lighting system and indoor positioning application solutions by cooperate with AI platform vendors and LBS indoor positioning vendors.

Based on DELTA smart building platform, Steven integrates multi-party resources to break the ecosystem of the existing construction business.

Steven began his career in Philips in 2004 as a strategic sourcing solutions provider and worked through different business groups such as semiconductor and lighting. As a professional lighting channel manager, he built up new business model for landmark/ turnkey/solution selling project and government stimulation projects. Steven joined Delta in 2015 and contributed himself to strategic planning and development. Steven holds a master degree in architecture from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology and also an EMBA degree from National Taiwan University.

Adeline Hsieh is a Principle Solution Specialist, IoT for Microsoft. In this role, Adeline helps Microsoft’s customers across ASIA to leverage the power of IoT to transform their businesses. Adeline began her career in Product Program at ASUStek and has led various projects and management role in Taiwan, across various of hardware devices from personal computing to networking devices.

Adeline also held a number of roles in Microsoft, including Senior account executives of OEM partners and IoT Solution specialist in Microsoft.

Adeline has BSs degree in Computing and Information system from Goldsmith College, University of London and MSc in Mangement of Information system from London School of Economics and Political Science.
