Luo Wei has nearly 19 years of experience in marketing in China's wireless communications industry. After graduating from Chongqing University, he worked in overseas marketing for ZTE, a well-known communications equipment company in China, followed by sales management and product marketing in the mobile communications industry, and served as senior vice president of marketing at neoway company. He led the market and industry strategy team to plan a good market and industry strategy, have a profound understanding and understanding of the industry of the Internet of Things.

Harry, Senior Director of Product Management in Envision Digital, has over 20-year career in ICT and IOT. The previous roles includes product development and management for mobiles and basestations, product management and consulting experience for Windows, Windows IOT, Azure IoT and Smart City in Microsoft and product management for Predix and APM in GE Digital.

Horace Chow is Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Microsoft China where he is responsible for driving business performance for Microsoft’s Sales, Marketing and Operations organization across China. Horace reports to Alain Crozier, CVP, Chairman and CEO of Microsoft Greater China Region.

Since taking the role as COO in July 2017, Horace has led the China team to enhance Microsoft’s influence across the country, strengthening relationships with public-sector stakeholders, expanding local partnerships, and helping enterprise customers of all sizes across a range of different industries to achieve digital transformation. Under Horace’s leadership, Microsoft China was recognized as Microsoft’s Top Subsidiary globally in 2018. Prior to his role as COO, Horace served as general manager of Microsoft Hong Kong for five years, where he oversaw strategy, business operations and outreach for the company’s subsidiary in the region. Before joining Microsoft in 2012, Horace was vice-president and general manager of Database & Technology for SAP China. In that role, Horace was responsible for the overall strategic development of all SAP database offerings and for driving business performance in China.

Prior to SAP, Horace was the vice-president for Asia Pacific and general manager for North Asia region at Sybase, where he was responsible for financial performance and market leadership in the Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Korea markets. Before Sybase, Horace was a manager in the IT Consulting Practice of KPMG Management Consulting.

Horace graduated with a degree in Computer Studies from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He also holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Computer Science from the University of Portsmouth in the United Kingdom.

Dr. Wu has a PhD’s degree from Linköping University, Sweden. He is the CEO of FJ Dynamics. During his career, he has acted as the former chief scientist of DJI, CEO of Victor Hasselblad AB, director of Koenigsegg AB, professor at Soochow University, director of system engineering at Spreadtrum Communications (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., VP of Coresonic AB, Sweden. He has published 26 international conference and journal papers, and more than 20 patents published and pending.
