Jenna Lee is Head of the APAC and Japan Internet of Things Solutions Technical Sales. In this role, Jenna works with the device partners to drive digital transformation and build intelligent solutions, from edge to cloud, which are secure IoT, Edge and AI solutions to accelerate partner solution deployment and go to market.

Keon Lee is IoT Solution Architect in Microsoft. In this role working on the develop of IoT solution in Korea and Australia and the support Digital Transformation work in vertical industry. Previously, he was the National Technology Officer of Microsoft Korea.

Kijo Kim is a software engineer in AED (Azure Edge Devices) Partner Ecosystem team under Azure Product group. He is contributing to build Azure Edge device eco-system including Windows and provides premium engineering service.

Mark Linton leads the Portfolio and Solutions group within the Consumer Devices and Solutions division at Microsoft. His team supports Microsoft and our OEM and IoT partners to build devices and cloud solutions that people love. He provides leadership across the full product lifecycle, with Mark and his team supporting technical innovation and new device incubation, business development and planning, OEM strategy and channel product management, global pricing, licensing and programs, CDS portfolio management, coverage deals and post-sales monetization, inbound partnerships with engineering teams, and IoT partner go-to market strategies.

Mark has been at Microsoft for 18 years. Prior to his role in the CDS division, he spent 5 years in the Server and Tools business group, leading the Enterprise Application Platform Marketing team and the company’s marketing efforts for SQL Server and BizTalk Server including campaign strategy, broad advertising, online engagement, customer community and events and technical readiness programs.

Prior to this, he worked with SMB customers as the global marketing lead for small business customers and channel in Microsoft’s SMSP division. He also spent 3 years at Microsoft Australia in product and channel management roles.

Patrick Ward is a Principle Solution Specialist, IoT for Microsoft. In this role, Patrick helps Microsoft’s customers across EMEA to leverage the power of IoT to transform their businesses.

Patrick began his career in Product Development at Nortel and has led various management roles in UK, Canada, and Ireland across telecoms, internet, financial services and cloud computing.

Patrick has held a number of roles in Microsoft, including Head of Audience Marketing and Director of Evangelism in Microsoft Ireland. As Windows Business Group Lead, he launched Windows 8, Windows 10 and Surface in the Irish market.

A native of Dublin, Patrick has a Degree in Electronic Engineering from Dublin Institute of Technology and an MBA from UCD Smurfit Business School.

Pauline Hsiao is Azure Sphere Solution Specialist. Azure Sphere is Microsoft IoT team's new product portfolio to provide partners a highly secured MCU platform on IoT devices for end-to-end solutions. With more than 10 years experience in Microsoft on vertical industry, Pauline works with partners on IoT applications, and help partners to leverage Microsoft resources/programs for time to market to build a secure intelligent IoT world.

Solution specialist, consultant and channel manager with over 19 years of comprehensive experience in enterprise software industries, including intelligent cloud, industrial IoT, telecommunication, enterprise software solution, and value-added service solutions.
